Product introduction

The resistivity of tungsten filament is 5.3*10^-8. Tungsten has high melting point, large resistivity, good strength, low vapor pressure, but it is hard and brittle, which leads to difficult processing. When the current through the tungsten filament is heated, the resistance value of the tungsten filament would increase.

Uses and features

In addition to a small amount of tungsten wire used as heating material in high-temperature furnaces, electron tube heaters and composite reinforcement ribs, most of them are used as filament in various incandescent lamps and tungsten halogen lamps and electrode in gas discharge lamp.
